A friend of mine, Jenny Goldberg, is a fantastic Vegan/Vegetarian/Microbiotic chef for hire. She just started her own buisness in LA being a personal chef or just making daily lunches or dinners to be delivered.
Check out her website. She is a cool, young hipster, but she cooks like she could rub shoulder's with Alice Waters or Suzanne Goin. Good ingredients, and lots of love in her food...you can taste it. Really yummy desserts! GREAT gift for a vegetarian friend.
