The Bon Appetit cookbook edited by Barbara Fairchild is quite an amazing collection of delicious recipes. I have to credit the Photo Editor, Liz Mathews, and the designers of this book...its an easy read with its bold headlines and the photography is just downright food porn.
I have tabbed about 20 recipes! This would be a fantastic gift for anyone.
