I just got back from a 6 week trip travelling throught Europe and one thing I have noticed.... Van's still rule the school.
The hipsters and the most fashionable wear fashionista's wear Van's. Its an international phenomon. If your cool...you are wearing Van's.
Van's started in Southern California in 1966...very popular in the skate and surf culture. Its sort of leaked over and its remained hip in the fashion and music scene. The low top lace-up made with canvas uppers, and signature waffle rubber soles is the best shoe to buy to start your summer. Great colors and the authentic canvas are back with a vengence.
